Have been having my 2001 VW Bug serviced at RPM for past 10 years. I am so happy to have Mark and Renata always looking out for what is best for my car and that also means what is best for me. Such professional service, and they really care about explaining everything that is going on with my car, and what they can do to resolve the problem. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else! A/C wasn't cooling enough. RPM did the job quickly and included a follow up a week later to be sure all was good, and it was. My 2012 Honda fit is even cooler now! I should mention the cost was about $75 better than the Honda dealer. Very happy with RPM for about 12 years now ... friendly, honest, competitive, and good coffee!
