We have been looking for an honest repair shop and I am glad we found this one. The staff was friendly and I feel that they are genuinely concerned with providing great customer service. This was the first time in a long time that I had a pleasant experience at a repair shop. We will definitely be taking all of our business there from now on. I even told my mother and grandmother to start going there.

So grateful we found this place! As a service company it's always hard to have to have work done to one of our fleet vehicles. Renata has always been great about getting our trucks and vans back on the road with out delays and excuses.I even take my personal vehicle here.

I've been coming to RPM auto repair with my vehicle as well as my wife's for the last couple of years and I've always had outstanding work & service done here. Very honest & reasonable prices as well as they are an AAA approved facility in which you also receive a 10% discount off your bill! These guys can maintain & fix everything as my 2 vehicles include a Kia & Honda but I've seen them service European & Domestic vehicles also! They even fix & maintain Classic Cars as I seen also. Renate, who runs the front desk is very friendly & knowledgeable there as well so don't hesitate to call these guys to service whatever you drive!

Renata and her team fixed my car very quickly and gave me a reasonable price. They took good care of me and my AC hasn't work this good since my 2005 Camry was brand new. I highly recommend their business to all in the New Port Richey area.
