I don’t have enough good things to say about this place. I brought my 2009 BMW here with more then a few issues and they made me feel so comfortable as they walked me the through the steps of what it would take to get it running right. I feel like I’m driving a bran new car! Thank you so much!

Took my Chevy Equinox in to RPM for service. They found several problems linked to work that I had done at the dealer. They advised me not to drive the car and to take it back to the dealer. I had it towed to the dealer and they wouldn't take any responsibility for the damage. They wanted to charge me over $800 just to tear it apart and look at it. I said no way and had it towed back to RPM. They took a deeper look into it and said if I really loved my car they could put in a new engine which only had a 3 year warranty and was very expensive. I decided to just get what I could out of my car and buy a new car..... They said, good choice. They could have raked me over the coals but they didn't and I really appreciated that. Good honest people....and the cutest dog ever!!!! Thank you Renata and Marc!!!

Had my 2001 red VW bug in for service last week. Was having a problem with my aircondiioning. Wow, never realized we should be having our air filter for aircondiioning replaced, hello, we do that our homes during the summer months! Renata saved the old filter, plus had pictures from my car b4 it was removed. What a mess! Also, was loaded with leaves! At the same time, had the Ozone Treatment on my bug. Thank you Renata and Marc, for all you do and who you are! You are the BEST!

Just had the ozone treatment done on my car, what a difference! My car smells great and knowing that the air inside is clean, I am thrilled. Marc also buffed out the lens on my headlights, wow, driving at night just got so much easier. Thank you RPM for taking care of me!
