This was my first experience with RPM and I was very impressed. The shop & office areas are clean & well organized. I was greeted with a genuine smile & hello. They took the time to listen to my concerns.& communicated with me throughout the repair which was performed correctly & in a timely manner. Took my daughters car in for an oil change and a general check. They found a loose tie rod and bad tires on front and leaking shocks in the back as well as 2 nails in a rear tire. Fixed everything and the car rides and handles soooo much better and I know it is safe for my daughter to drive. They also checked for me in secret if there was a transmitter in her car so we could get her a key fob as she only had a key. They ordered and programmed it and it was an early birthday present for her, she loved it and we feel she is safer at night not having to fumble with a key. Thank you Mark and Renata and Angelica for always taking such good care of us!❤️

This is the best auto repair company ever and I will never, ever take my car anywhere else for service. Renata stayed in touch with me every step of the way in fixing my sons car. I felt like we were friends by the end of the repair. Prices were very reasonable and communication was impeccable! I have been going to RPM Auto Repair for about 6 years now. They are fantastic to say the least. Mark is an excellent mechanic. They don't try to sell you unnecessary things that you don't need like other mechanics in the area will. They are an honest shop that will do whatever they can to fix your vehicle. Customer service is excellent 👌. They have done lots of work for me in the past to include: oil changes, replaced my clutch, changed starter, replaced fans, tires, brakes, alignment, etc. You won't find a better shop in the area. They also offer a Bosch Credit Card that you can use to pay for repairs if you are approved which is 0% interest if you pay it off in 6 months.

Absolutely professional. Kept me updated throughout the process. Felt very confident in them. Very reasonable price. They are my new go to shop. I will refer friends and family to them. Very nice people.

RPM is THE BEST! Had trouble with air bag system. Be cause of safety issue was able to bring me in in a timely fashion.was able to figure out unusual problem and went above and beyond to fix it. Thank you Teresa
